Q. How are you different from estate agents?

A estate agent acts on behalf of a seller and is paid by the seller. We act purely on the buyers behalf and ensure we meet all their requirements and ensure they are paying the right price for the property.

Q. Are you in competition with the estate agents?

Estate agent always try to achieve the highest possible price for the Vendor, whereas we ensure our client does not overpay and we get the best deal when they are purchasing the property.

Q. Do you service overseas clients?

Our database includes both UK and international clients. In this current markets we have had more enquiries from our overseas clients whom we have been able to provide our full service.

Q. Do you have access to properties that estate agents don't have?

We are able to show our clients Off the market properties which are not registered with any estate agents. Some of our contacts prefer the privacy and wish to have their home with estate agents , internet and Magazines.

Q. How does a buying agent save me money?

Our knowledge of the area and our negotiation skills allow us to achieve the best deal for you. Our fee pays for itself by saving you money and getting the property for you at the right price.

Q. Do you take care of “after sale” services?

We are able to introduce you to the top lawyers, surveyors , architects who have been working with us for years. We also have a in-house team who take care of Refurbishment and Interior designing.
